We are looking for an experienced Load Brokerage Sales Representative for a well established logistics provider
located in the airport area. You have several years of experience in load brokerage sales with an emphasis on
developing new and profitable business opportunities.



Primary focus on increasing sales revenues through new business opportunities,

Develop sales plans and strategies,

Assist Logistics Manager in the development and execution of seamless client solutions,  through 3rd Party services as well as services offered within the organization

Maintain and have understanding of the additional services offered through the company,

Prepare rate quotations, present proposals, negotiate and maintain carrier costing

Building client relationships and maintenance of new accounts

Reporting monthly sales results

- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload.
- Strong negotiation skills required.
- Possess good problem analysis skills and sound financial judgment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain motivation and energy for cold calling and prospecting carriers.

- Self-starter and motivated to achieve.
- Great phone presence and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable with computer and multiple applications.
