This full time position reports to the General Manager, IEL and college diploma or equivalent will be required.
You have excellent leadership, organization, communication and time management skills. You are flexible and 
able to work from various locations. You are results-oriented and have a minimum of 2 years customs brokerage
industry related sales experience combined with 4-6 years experience in custom brokerage operations - account management/tariffs/rating background.

You are a self starter, and possess excellent business client/development skills. You to demonstrate a strong
understanding of HS classification principles and practices and have a good general knowledge of Customs Regulations.

You are a high energy individual and are organized, motivated, and efficient.
You have a minimum of 8 years total experience in Custom Brokerage, and
have achieved or are in the process of achieving your Certified Customs Specialist designation.





- Communicating regularly with clients

- Discuss and define on a regular basis client needs

- Interface between clients and vsrious departments within the company

- Complete sales call reports after each important conversation

- Provide clients with important information conceerning services and key contacts

- Notify Sales Representatives of any interest from clients towards one of the many services
  offered by the company and work with the client to develop these services

- Keep client profiles up to date

- Ensure development of clients and evaluate their profitability

- Confirm to requirements of established Quality Control procedures




- Several years of accounts management in Customs Brokerage

- Strong knowledge of customs brokerage operations, rating and tariffs

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

- CCS Training preferred

- Logistics training and experience is a plus




- Very well-established name, reputation and market profile, stable and expanding
