A very well-respected Customs Broker in the Airport area is
seeking a well-qualified Customs
Compliance Coordinator. They provide their
clients with a totally integrated logistics package that
includes a full range
of cross-border customs brokerage and
consulting services, international
freight forwarding, transborder logistics,
distribution and warehousing.
You will be involved in a wide variety of duties that will capitalize on your
strong rating, HS tariffs,
auditing and customer problem-solving experience.

- Coordinate activities involving client audits
- Oversee the clients' database
- Coordinate the NAFTA renewal process
- New account set up including audits, technical & compliance verification
within Customs programs.
- Ensure data integrity of information contained in database, including
information relative to customized programs.
- Perform NAFTA certificate review, including review of certificate for accuracy
and provide information
for customers
- Liaise with clients and operations branches for any classification and
valuations issues.
- Identify areas for implementation of remissions programs, claims and/or
drawbacks

- CCS Designation preferred; in-depth experience in Customs Brokerage in
Canada
- 7 to 10 years of Customs Brokerage Consulting experience in Trade and
Regulatory matters
involving AMPS, Valuations, Audits, Classifications, C-TPAT and other
initiatives/programs
- Organized, self-motivated, high-energy and focused on the future

Detail-conscious, excellent relations with CRA/CBSA officials
