Our client is a very well-established and respected Customs Broker in Canada. As a result of growth
they are seeking to hire a key account Customs Coordinator who will be working on-site with a very
important customer in Montreal.

You are the person who will be the on-site expert in all matters regarding customs clearances, tariffs,
procedures and regulations.



You will have a team of three, one in the client’s location, two in Toronto. Staff in Toronto will work on a large
percentage of the live files; the person in Montreal would be required to assist but would have more technical
issues to work on.

What is really important is that the client feels they have a “go to” person right on their premises in you.

Work onsite at the client's office, heading up the team for the account, with the two other people of the team in Head Office.

You will be working on the systems and releasing files, etc. as well as being a liaison between the client and the Company

You will need to be available to the client for any needs they may have with regard to NAFTA, HS Classifications, general information etc.

You would also manage the client’s database, rating of new parts etc.



You must be a CCS-designate and have a minimum of 5 years experience in an established customs broker
in the rating, tariffs, consulting areas and have some knowledge of US Customs processes.

You are fluently bilingual, verbal and written.

You have excellent communications and problem-resolution skills; detail-conscious

You are proactive, dedicated, knowledgeable and focused on customer satisfaction

You may have had some supervisory experience in customs brokerage
