You are a well-qualified Customs Brokerage and
International Freight
Forwarding sales representative
with a firmly established profile in the Windsor region, concentrating on
Customs and Import/ Export
Air/Ocean Transborder. You have the confidence to close new
business, you
are in tune with the strengths and weaknesses of the competition and are able to
identify
new and profitable sources of profitable revenue for the company. You want to
be
well rewarded for your contributions. Only candidates who are presently selling
customs
brokerage or customs and freight services will be actively considered by
the client.

Solicits the following services through general knowledge and experience:
· Canadian Customs Brokerage services
· International Air/Ocean Logistics
· Cross border Transportation services
Sells and effectively communicates new services and customized customer programs, to new and existing accounts by identifying the customer needs and providing business solutions.
Develop joint business solutions with the customer and the company’s operations, ensuring participants have a true understanding and support the proposed solution.
Originates and replies in a timely manner to the customer or company requests.
Skills: Must have superior interpersonal and selling skills. Must be an effective communicator with employees, supervisory and management staff. Strong computer skills. Ability to evaluate business practice related to process improvement, customer service requirements. Understanding employee concerns and reactive to address their needs.
Experience: A minimum of 3- 5 years sales experience in Customs Brokerage and International Freight services in the region
Education: Completed
post-secondary education in related business programs.
Professional sales training is
considered an asset.
