Our client is a well-established and growing Logistics Provider operating in Canada and the USA.
They have enjoyed a consistent  history of growth in this customer-oriented, highly competitive
area. They are looking for a qualified  Dispatcher for a days only position, a person who is a developer.
You must be able to multi-task and be familiar with computerized and manual dispatch operations.

Experience with consumer goods is an asset. This is an opportunity to join a like-minded group

- Efficiently handling customer needs from A-Z
- Working with customers on both sides of the border to serve their needs
- Developing new and profitable business opportunities for the company
- Transborder, 75%, and 25% Domestic freight movements
-Total involvement with the customer; Dispatch, Booking, Tracing
- Negotiating rates and services in a cost-effective manner
- Loadlink, PC Miler, UFOS



- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in 3rd party/load broker dispatch in LTL/TL
- Experienced in dispatch of Domestic and Transborder freight
- Strong communications skills skills to work with customers, carriers and colleagues
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Self-motivated and organized, proactive and responsive to customer needs
- An entrepreneurial spirit, interested in developing relationships with customers

Education:

- Minimum high school graduation



- A well-established operation in Ontario, excellent salary and incentives for development of business
- A great working atmosphere and a company ready to reward your contributions
