Hiring salary is commensurate with industry experience and qualifications.

Our client is Canadian-owned, long established in serving customers. They offer an extensive menu
of freight logistics solutions and customs brokerage solutions. They are seeking someone who has
a few years of exports experience in ocean and air freight.



- Interact with clients and overseas agents on a day to day basis, and have a
  passion for customer service.

- Liaise with carriers and have good negotiating skills

- Prepare and co-ordinate all relevant Export and Import documentation, and be able to keep pace
  with the increasing levels of new business

- Deal with shipments world wide from FAK to Project Cargo

- International Exports Air or Ocean experience; S. American exports experience is an advantage

- Ocean and Airway Bills of Lading

- Manifests, Advise notes

- Rates quotations to customers



- Minimum of 3-5 years ocean and air export/import experience in international freight forwarding in the GTA area

- Organized, proactive, able to think and determine customer focused solutions; resourceful

- Ability to multi-task and remain cool when under pressure

- Good understanding of the industry, and a willingness to expand upon
  that knowledge

- Ability to take on additional responsibility when required

- CIFFA studies are preferred
