Outplacement Consulting Fees & Services
Due to our long-term service to the
Industry, our fees are confirmed at lower rates than the
Relocation counseling sector offers in general.
We also offer some unique advantages when it comes to providing necessary tools

Our database of information regarding freight forwarders and customs brokers in
Canada
in terms of contact information for hiring managers in all parts of the country
is second
to none. As the only Associate Member of both CIFFA and the CSCB that is also an
established recruitment firm, we offer the insight based on decades of
experience.
We use interviewing facilities ranging from one on one to boardroom sized
meetings
through well-equipped executive office rentals operations conveniently located
on Airport Road in Mississauga.
Our services are open-ended, not fixed on a defined number of hours granted to
each
client. We stay with the individual as long as it takes to help them secure the
right
opportunity. We point them in the right direction and do not seek double-billing
when
assisting outplaced employees.
Double-billing:
Speculatively sending out a candidate's resume, seeking a placement fee in the
course
of providing outplacement consulting. It can happen that outplaced employees are
immediately suitable for a present search, in which case, we advise the prior
employer
and waive or return the outplacement consulting fee.
Outplacement requires a degree of tact and diplomacy and the ability to teach
and provide
tools useful to the job-seeker. This is a well-established area of our
expertise.
