Our client is a well-established international freight forwarder with worldwide offices. They have a reputation of stability and strength and offer a good working environment for their employees.



Responsibilities

- Processing in-house payroll, personnel forms for accurate and timely salary payments.

- Add, change, edit and review payroll data for accuracy and correctness.

- Prepare our ROE in timely and correct manner.

- Prepare necessary payments for timely remittances of taxes, benefit plan contribution, etc.
  in compliance with regulatory agencies and agreements.

- Accurately process year-end information for timely filling and distribution of T4 and RL1.

- Prepare payroll journal entries for posting to the general ledger.

- Reconciling payroll accounts.



- A minimum of 3-5 years payroll experience.

- Minimum level one Canadian Payroll Association

- Cross-Canada payroll experience is an asset

- Strong reconciliation skills

- Great analytical skills
