Strong Canadian freight forwarder/customs broker well-established in the airport
area is
seeking an experienced person for their busy Transborder services. This is a
stable company
with the opportunity to grow.
Two to three years of transborder
freight experience is required.
North and southbound freight movements.
We are looking for an eager person, willing to learn with basic knowledge in
the
freight and export area.

- Complete export documentation for Truck shipments
- NAFTA Certificates
- B13A filing via CAED
- Bill of Lading preparation (Truck, Ocean & Air) both Import and Export
- Deal with Freight forwarders/Steamship Lines
- Obtain quotes
- Booking
- Cargo Release
- Payment
- Surrender OBL
- Guarantee Storage
- Intermodal - arrange PU and Delivery
- Truckers - obtain quotes and arrange pickup and delivery
- Hours: Mon-Fri. 8:30-5:00

- 2 to 4 years of freight experience, preferably transborder or
international truck and air
- Computer skills- typing, EXCEL, WORD
- Conscientious individual with good communication skills and attention to
detail
