Responsible for directing and supervising the warehouse and customer service operations.

You have extensive experience in a fast-paced, freight forwarding warehouse environment,
where the emphasis is on speed, efficiency and ensuring that the customer's needs are
met with their total satisfaction. People would describe you as a good leader, fair, organized,
able to motivate through personal example; a hands-on leader with strong people and team
builder skills.


- Coordinates inbound and/or outbound activities

- Responsible for administering inventory management

- Administers productivity, accuracy and prevention programs

- Directs and controls receipt of orders and their release to warehouse

- Establishes and monitors customer service performance standards

- Develops systems/processes to identify customer problems

- Supervise all personnel activities within the Warehouse and Customer Service departments
 
- Ensure all levels of the department are in compliance with company policies

- Hires, supervises and trains personnel



- Effective communicator, written and verbal with diverse workforce and customer

- Ability to handle conflict and resolve problems under pressure

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Logistics/Warehousing and Customer Service

- Must be able to demonstrate leadership

- Knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations and transportation systems

- Excellent interpersonal skills
